We’ve been working on something behind the scenes for a while now, and we’re nearly ready to share it.
Online booking is coming to EGO.
It’s a simple change on the surface, but one we know is going to make a real difference. No more waiting for the salon to open. No more back and forth trying to find a time that works. You’ll be able to book your appointments whenever it suits you, in your own time.
For a lot of our clients, that’s long overdue.

Here’s a first look at the new booking page. Simple, clear and easy to use.
But this is more than just picking a time and date.
You’ll be able to join a waiting list for your preferred stylist and set the days and times that work for you. If something becomes available that matches, you’ll automatically get a text. No chasing. No checking back. No waiting on calls or emails.
It also gives you more flexibility with how you book. If you prefer one stylist for your colour and another for your cut, you’ll be able to split your appointment and build it around what works best for you. It opens up more options and makes it easier to get the exact result you want.
And this is just the start. Over time, the plan is to build this out even further, giving you more control to manage your appointments yourself. Rebooking, rescheduling and cancellations will all become part of that. But for now, this is the first step, and it’s a big one.
At the same time, we know new systems can raise questions, especially around things like card details. So it’s important to be clear on that.
When you book online, you’ll be asked to add a card to secure your appointment. Nothing is taken at the time of booking. It simply holds the space for you. The only time a charge would ever apply is if an appointment is missed or cancelled too late. This helps us protect time for both our team and our clients.

It’s a small step, but an important one. It allows us to run the salon properly, reduce gaps in the day, and make sure appointments are available for the people who need them.
More than anything though, this is about making things easier for you.
