All colour services require a finishing service (blow dry or cut & finish) to be booked alongside
For all colour services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
For new colour clients, we will contact you to arrange your patch test and consultation ahead of your visit. Your booking allows us to reserve time for you, but suitability for colour services must be confirmed in advance.
All bookings require card details to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
By booking with us, you agree to our cancellation policy and authorise us to charge your card if the terms are not met.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
48 hours or more notice — no charge
Less than 48 hours — 50% of the service cost
Same day cancellations or no-shows — 100% of the service cost
This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Up to 15 minutes late — we will do our best to accommodate you
More than 15 minutes late — your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled
In some cases, this may result in a cancellation charge in line with our policy.
We want you to love your hair.
If you feel your hair is not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will happily review your hair and, where appropriate, make adjustments.
Any follow-up appointments must take place within this 7-day period and will be assessed by our team. After this time, additional services may be chargeable.
